Privacy

When you place an order we collect your email address, shipping address, and the contents of that order. That is the whole of it. We do not ask for a date of birth, a phone number, or an account — there are no accounts.

We never see your card. Payment happens on a page hosted by Stripe, and what comes back to us is a confirmation and the last four digits, nothing more.

Stripe processes the payment and holds the billing record. Printful receives your name and shipping address, because someone has to print the garment and put it in a box. Vercel hosts the site and Supabase stores the order. Those four, and no one else.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to anyone for advertising.

Order records stay for as long as we may need them for support, returns, and tax records — seven years is the usual requirement. Anything not tied to an order we remove once it has served its purpose.

Email support@thehvnlystore.com and ask. You can request a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it within thirty days. Records we are legally required to retain for tax purposes are the one exception, and we will tell you if that applies.

The site keeps your bag in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That never leaves your device. Vercel collects anonymous traffic counts. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
