Placing an order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — a pricing error, a garment Printful has discontinued, or an address we cannot ship to.

Everything is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why an order takes a few days in production before it ships.

Prices are in US dollars and include neither shipping nor any duties. Shipping is free over $150 and a flat $12 below it. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout.

If a price is listed wrongly we will tell you before charging you, and you can confirm at the right price or cancel.

We currently ship within the United States only. If your address is elsewhere, checkout will not accept it — not an oversight, just where the store stands today.

Thirty days from delivery to tell us a piece arrived misprinted, damaged or faulty, or that a package never arrived at all. We replace it or refund it, and nothing needs sending back.

A wrong size we will put right: we arrange the replacement, you cover the piece and we cover its shipping. Do not post the original back — it cannot be restocked, and it would only be given away at the other end.

We do not refund for a change of mind. Each piece is printed for your order specifically, so there is no stock it can return to. The size guide on every product page is there to make that decision before it is made rather than after.

A package returned undeliverable or left unclaimed has to be shipped again, and that second trip is chargeable. We will email you before anything is reshipped.

In the EU the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s specification, which is everything sold here. Rights that apply where an item arrives faulty are unaffected.

The HVNLY marks, artwork, and this site are ours. Buying a garment buys you the garment. It does not license the design for reproduction, resale as a print, or use as your own brand.

We stand behind what we make: if something arrives faulty we replace it or refund it. Beyond the value of the order itself, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
